Booking Request.

Booking and catering requests must be made at least 10 DAYS in advance.

Please note, a representative from 1265 Bistro will contact you to confirm your booking request. Your booking is not finalized until then.

Booking Fees

SCSU Recognized Club or DSA

  • Stage - $50 per hour that will be covered if apply to SCSU Club or DSA Funding

  • Lab - $50 per hour that will be covered if apply to SCSU Club or DSA Funding

  • Entire Space (Restaurant & Stage) - $250 per hour

UTSC Internal Group & Non-Recognized Club or DSA

Rental fee will be waived for UTSC student group if catering is also ordered

  • Stage = $50 per hour

  • Lab: $50 per hour

  • Entire Space (Restaurant & Stage): $250 per hour

Non-UTSC / External Group

Any food items served in the space MUST be catered by 1265 Bistro

  • Stage - $85 per hour

  • Lab - $85 per hour

  • Entire Space (Restaurant & Stage): $350 per hour
